Maximum clearance without knee or apex bracing

MAXIMUM CLEARANCE

With the XL design there is no need for obtrusive knee or apex braces giving you maximum clearance inside the building allowing a lot more flexibility and extra storage space. Using RHS portals rather than trusses also allows for maximum roof clearance.

Transport Repairs - Heavy Machinery Workshop

Transport Repairs

Transport Repairs had its beginning in Gore and the business quickly grew. To manage this growth the business required workshops in key locations across the South Island of New Zealand. Each workshop needed to be large enough to accommodate long haulage trucks and include pits.

One of the standout benefits of working with XL Structural Steel was the team's ability to work alongside the pit installers.

AdvanceQuip - workshop building

ADVANCEQUIP

AdvanceQuip had outgrown its previous building and wanted a purpose-built solution and the ability to future-proof its business moving forward. 

XL Structural built a new architecturally pleasing, 30m x 63m building, with an efficient design. Some key features included a wash down bay for heavy equipment with fully recycled water and underfloor heating in the workshop and showroom/office area.

TractorTech - Heavy plant machinery workshop

TRACTORTECH

 Since its beginning, Tractortech continued to grow year after year and with increasing staff levels and workload, a custom-built workshop was required to enable Tractortech to move to the next stage.
