Determining the overall budget
Overall scope is outlined, overall project investment estimated, and the budget is set.
Two
Design
In this phase the XL design team will work through the nitty gritty of the design including structural, geo and fire engineering to determine a full set of consent plans to be issued to the market for tender.
This can all be done without a full commitment to the project and is a great option if you have a complex project and want a price that is based on an approved detailed consent design rather than concepts and assumptions.
Three
Tender
The XL team work with you to tender either:-
- The whole project to a main contractor to project manage and construct.
- Each segment of the project so you can project manage.
Four
Construct
In this phase, the successful contractor or contractors are selected, and the building is constructed. Throughout this process, you will have a project manager from XL Structural who is experienced in construction to help out with questions.
